Every booking. Every ticket. Every connection. Verified.
The Experience Standard by ETG: the production-readiness benchmark for experience-technology integrations.
OCTO Baseline and The Experience Standard. Both verified. Different verifications.
Structural compliance
OCTO verifies an API implements the expected endpoints and JSON schema. A passing OCTO badge means the shape is correct.
- · Endpoint presence
- · Schema validity
- · Capability flags
Production readiness
ETG verifies the API behaves correctly under real reseller load: SLAs, idempotency, retry safety, commercial fit, and a 90-day regression window before the highest tier is awarded.
- · Availability + booking SLA
- · Retry / idempotency / UUID consistency
- · Commercial alignment
- · 90-day regression history
The Experience Standard.
Four tiers. Demotion-only: score is the upper bound; missing capabilities, commercial gaps, or operational shortfalls demote without exception.
- 01 · Foundation
foundation
Core Certified: the technical core works. Reservation, booking, retrieval and cancellation pass; authentication and error handling are correct. Does NOT imply production go-live readiness on its own.
- 02 · Professional
professional
Go-Live Ready: Core plus Content, Pricing and Notifications. Product ingestion via API is possible. Suitable for partners with more than ~20 products who need scalable onboarding.
- 03 · Enterprise
enterprise
Scalable: Go-Live Ready plus operational readiness (rate-limit policy, retry safety, UUID consistency, voucher and cancellation logic machine-readable) and commercial alignment (resellers, currencies, pricing model, maintenance owner agreed).
- 04 · Elite
elite
Production Proven: Scalable plus 90 days of clean regression and zero major incidents. Rare; held only by partners with sustained production reliability.

Advanced Capability
Capability-specific certification: runtime pricing, webhooks, cancellation, redemption, rich content, multi-language, scale, AI readiness.
Regression Monitor
Recurring re-validation that a previously certified integration still works after API changes or partner-side changes.
Supplier Foundation
Baseline certification for suppliers, operators and reservation systems exposing inventory to ETG / Prioticket / OCTO-style APIs.
Reseller Foundation
Baseline certification for OTAs, resellers, marketplaces and partners consuming supply through Prioticket / ETG APIs.
